250 Gold per Day (World of warcraft)

Please note that this requires a fair amount of time input in the two days to actually have this kind of outcome, So don’t kick a fuss if it doesn’t work for you because you don’t put in the time.

Angerclaw Maulers
Felwood, X37, Y44.

I’ve posted about this spot before awhile back but I’m taking it upon myself to do so again because I have made a sickly amount of gold here latley, and a very disturbing amount in the past 2 weeks.

As a 60 Rogue in full epic gear(bloodfang) You can kill these in about 7 seconds each, literally. The respawn rate is insanely fast, When you kill the whole spawn camp of them which is about 11-12 and take a 1 minute break you’ll start having respawns to kill.

Where does the money come from you ask?

Firstly you have some stackable gray items that are very commonly dropped:

Large Bear Bone(Non-Stackable) – 14s 84c each
Bear Jaw(Stackable) – 8s 98c — 89s 80c per Stack of 10.
Savage Bear Claw(Stackable) – 5s 78c — 57s 80c per Stack of 10.
Bear Flank(Stackable) – 5s 78c — 57s 80c per Stack of 10.
Wicked Claw(Stackable) – 5s — 25s per Stack of 5.

I make anywhere from 9 to 13g in gray items per hour here.

Even without the skinning compared to most places this is a great camp for gold/hr. But skinning is where a lot of the money to come from if you want the results like I get.

You can skin Rugged and Thick leather off of these. My server prices are 2.50g per stack of Rugged and 1.50g per stack of Thick. Server prices are going to range, The intake of gold on this obviously is based only on my servers prices, But you will still make amazing gold here if you put the time in.

So where does all the money come from?
I take 8 hours a day and I run it here, Straight. Not every day, Usually in the evenings and into the late hours on the nights I’m not raiding and ocasionally if there is a third day I’ll get up around 7am to start and I can be done around mid afternoon so I can enjoy the day or do something else in game.

A single hour run brings on brings me in 6 Stacks of Rugged Leather and 5 stacks of Thick Leather. I don’t know if it’s because my kill rate is fast or just pure luck, But I can’t remember when I have come away from this with less leather then that in an hours run.

6x 2.50g = 15g per hour
5x 1.50g = 7.5g per hour

If I average out my usual grey items income per hour then I come away with 10.5g per hour. I’ve been making money like this for months now.

Now, On to the juicy part…

Intake per hour based on Leather sales on the AH is 22.50g Per HOUR.

Intake per hour based on sellable greys averages out at about 10.50g

33 gold per hour.
Wipe the drool off keyboard and keep reading shocked.gif

I run this 8 hours per day, Two days a week. Sometimes 3 but rarely. Skinning is obviously required to get the bigger chuck of change for your time. Some of you all day BG’ers could make litterally thousands of gold here in a week if you took a week off from all day long BG and went here, Just a thought. And I’m not exaggerating. Thousands.

I try to run these 2 days back to back and I generally refuse to put up my auctions and vendor until I have my 16 hours worth of loot. I just throw it all in the bank.

At the end of my 2 days I usually end up taking 510g – 545g out of my mailbox. +- a few gold for randomness of drops.

Fun Way To Exploit Lower Level BG’s (Wow)

Did this by accident when leveling up a new char the other day..
Queue yourself up for the BG at that battlegrounds top level restriction when your that level. example 10-19 (queue yourself up at 19) — 20-29 (queue yourself up at 29) — 30-39 (queue yourself up at 39)
Now go finish your level.. so if you joined the 10-19.. level yourself up to 20.. and when you get in.. you’ll be the level 20 in the 10-19 battlegrounds i think you guys get the point..
this only works once though.. if you try again it will put you in the proper level battlegrounds..

So you decided to enter the vast kingdom of Azeroth? You may wonder how do I level? How do I make money to afford gear and skills? How do I use the interface that they provide? Well here is a guide to follow! Just follow some of the simple strategies I’ve laid out for you and you’ll do just fine!

# Part Two-Interacting with others
# Part Three- Grouping/Looting
# Part Four-Don’t waste on what you don’t need
# Part Five- Use the NPC vendors to your advantage
# Part Six- General Wrap Up

# Part One-Making use of your trade skills

You have 2 trade skills you can learn! Make use of them, If your going to want some extra cash that you have to spend on items or training I suggest you start your profession of choice!

# 1.1 Introduction to skills

* There are a couple things to do before you pick your skills.A) Make sure your skills are complementary to each other if you picking up something like blacksmithing, leatherworking, engineering, or Alchemy. If you’re going to pick up Blacksmithing I highly suggest you pick up mining so you don’t always have to be looking for materials and paying out the buttocks for one.
* B) If you aren’t really into crafting, don’t go into it! It isn’t worth wasting one of your 2 possible main skills on! Skills are meant to be useful and help you out, if you’re not going to use it pick up something easy to work with such as skinning.
* C) Make sure you go from Journeyman to Expert to Artisan as soon as you can! If you are maxed on skill (Except for once there is no more to learn) you’re wasting what could be potential levels. (Just search thottbot for skinning trainers in the major cities you can just ask a guard and look at your map and there will be a red flag for where his exact location is) Like any other profession keep up to date on your skills.

# 1.2 Skinning as a Skill

One skill of the two skills I highly suggest grabbing is skinning. People will pay a good amount for the hides that you skin off a creature. Leveling skinning is easy too!
* One of the reasons Skinning is a great skill is because you can incorporate skinning into leveling your character as you go your merry way.
I’m currently at a skill of 179 in Skinning and I loot medium hide or medium leather almost every time!
* You can sell Medium leather to another player at approximately 2silver-3silver depending on how desperate you are.
* Medium hide doesn’t really sell well to players but I sold it for 1.5 silver a piece to vendors. In a typical night in the wetlands I could loot approximately 50 medium leathers and about 15 hides. That’s anywhere between 1.15 gold and 1.75 gold.
* Skinning only requires you to buy a knife which costs 79 copper at a general vendor. That’s roughly 1 gold and 15 silver that can be spent on training! All you have to do is find a buyer! If you are having trouble finding a buyer just throw it up on the auction house in Ironforge or the one in horde place.

# 1.3 Mining as a Skill

Mining is a great skill to learn because some materials can sell for a pretty penny! Just like skinning mining requires virtually no work for the player! All you have to do is run up to a vein and mine it.
* Ore sells for anywhere from 5 copper (copper) to 5 silver (gold) but bars can sell for more depending on the item used. So even at a low level it is 100% profit unlike the crafting professions where you may need to take into account material costs
* Minerals are usually found on rocky surfaces and sometimes underwater-Just turn on your find minerals and it will highlight them with a gold dot on your mini map

# 1.4 Quick Wrap-Up on skills

I have only listed 2 of the skills because these 2 are my favorite. If you have time to find materials and new schematics for some of the other ones more power to you! But if your lazy like me I suggest sticking to these two skills!

* [Skinning-Great way to get quick cash when your in need, just grab your spell book/hammer/sword/axe and kill some critters (***You cant skin NPC’s so the Hannibal’s out there can stay way from this***)
* Mining-Another great profession that requires almost no work-Quick money if you know where to go(The Deadmines and other caves are usually a great place to mine)

So in the beginning of the game make sure you grab a skill and if you don’t like it you can always unlearn it by hitting K and then clicking on the red X(Not sure if there is a confirmation but don’t do it unless you mean it)

# Part Two-Interacting with others

So you have all those items and you have no clue what to do with them? You could put the item in trade channel( /2 then shift+click the item) or you could put it in the auction house. I recently sold Moss Agate for 1 gold in the auction house when I was only offered 20 silver when I put it up in general chat!

* I know there are some packrats out there! I’m one of them I recently looked in my bank and saw stuff I looted when I was only Level 5! Throw the stuff up on the auction house and see what happens!
* Other players are a great way to sell items. Whether you’re putting it up for trade in the auction house or you are selling it through the trade channel you’re getting more then you would get from an npc.
* When selling to another player be kind and courteous, accept all offers and if it isn’t high enough don’t be a jerk kindly say no and ask if they could go any higher. Remember your job is to sell your product, when you want to sell a car would you be a jerk to the buyer?
* When using the auction house make sure you list your items at a time of day where there is a lot of traffic! Don’t list an item at 3am and have it end at 11am! If your going to only have time to list items in the early morning make sure you do longer auctions so you get the traffic you deserve!
* Start it at a good price so it can get into a bidding war! I suggest starting it at the minimum you would get from a vendor (Usually will do that for you).
* Do a little market research before you post your item! If you see there are a lot of them maybe you should hold off a little while before you put the item up for grabs!

So lets review, Auction house is good for getting the best you can get because you have many different people with different needs and wallet sizes looking for items. You open up inventory space for items that you could possibly use for quest items/various things you may want to equip.

# Part Three- Grouping/Looting

Now you may be asking what he means by this. Well I mean your group looting! Most of the worthy group loot is in items and never in monetary loot. Make sure your group is looting fair! Turn on FFA so if people don’t want the loot you can grab it buy make sure that the looting stays fair. If you see people hogging the loot either leave the group or kick them out!

* Make sure you loot everything! Most items stack so they don’t take up too much inventory space! So much loot is usually left on a corpse and people rarely take time to loot it! Those left over loots can add up, especially if it is wool or linen. You may think it isn’t worth something but as it adds up you can make a pretty penny on the items.
* Make sure you set the guidelines for looting when the group starts. You can figure out who needs what and make sure they have a reason! If you see a warrior saying I need cloth armor you do have the right to ask why when you can wear Mail.

Quick Recap (not much on looting) Make sure the groups are fair, don’t be afraid to question someone’s antics and loot everything!
# Part Four-Don’t waste on what you don’t need

What I mean by this is don’t waste your money on stuff you aren’t sure if your going to use! If you know you don’t use that spell/skill until you start needing it don’t train it. If you see an item and you’re not sure if you’re going to use it, guess what DON’T BUY IT! Just because it looks cool/hip/what ever, don’t buy it unless it can help you I rarely find myself admiring others matching clothing!
# Part Five- Use the NPC vendors to your advantage

So you failed to sell it in the auction house and you’ve acquired all that loot I told you to grab (remember keep it fair)

* Sell it to a vendor! Vendors are the rock bottom price you should sell anything for! If you need to quickly unload your inventory Vendors are perfect for this!
* Make sure the item is repaired, You will not be able to sell a dead item to a vendor, but if the cost to repair is greater then selling price don’t bother just chuck it!

So really quick recap because selling to a vendor is pretty much self explanatory, sell what you can’t get rid of at auction house or what you don’t feel would be pointless in the auction house.

# Part Six-Fishing as an Income

Now after experiencing fishing myself I have discovered like many others it is a great source of Income! Even at level 21 I’m finding items that make it worthwhile to rest awhile and grab your pole and give it a go! At a skill of 89 on fishing I have found items that sell for 15s to a vendor! Gems that sell to players for 5s and even if I catch a fish they are usually worth 50c-1s a piece!
# One good way to get the bigger bucks is to use a lure or a better fishing rod that add to your skill level! This is the only skill I have seen you able to do this! At a skill level of one buy a Bauble to add to your poll to increase your fishing by 25. By using this Bauble you will find better stuff at a lower level and raise levels faster.
# Felling lazy? Well with the introduction of Guru’s fishing bot1 you can be lazy and slack off! I suggest not using this obviously but maybe in a more secluded place! Make sure you follow Guru’s exact instructions to get it working because it is a big help for lazy bums!
# Fell fishy using a fishing bot? Well with cosmos( http://www.cosmosui.org )They have an option under tackle box(In options) to use quick cast/fast cast. When you enable this the second you click the lure it will cast a new line while you loot the last line!
# Once again loot everything because it adds up even if they are only worth 25c a piece. Most stuff you loot you can cook into cooked fish and make more money off of it. Keep in mind you can eat this(Not sure if you can feed to a pet if you can someone PM me or post here)

# Part Seven-General Wrap Up

# Make use of your two skills wisely, make sure they complement each other. If you don’t think you’ll use it train in one of the two I mentioned earlier (Skinning and mining) they require almost no work!
# Don’t be a packrat visit the Auction House! The auction house gets the item out to a huge player base at multiple times and saves you the hassle of spamming trade channel!
# Make sure your group is using a fair loot system and everyone gets what they need and what people done need you grab!
# Make use of in game vendors for items players don’t seem to want or bonded items you’ve outgrown.
# Don’t waste money on petty objects that aren’t of use or skills that aren’t of use to you.
# Take some time out to fish, It doesn’t take a profession away from you because it is a secondary profession so even if you are leveling it slowly your still making progress and it isn’t hurting you.

****End note****this guide will be added on to when I find more good ways to make the mula. If you have constructive criticisms leave it at the end! If you have a compliment or want to say thanks just reply and give me a rating! I always love to hear from people that my guides help!

1-Keep in minds bots can get you banned and if you are not careful how you use them you can and will be banned. Take note this bot is the sole property of MPS and I am in no way shape or form involved with it! I suggest using this bot on a secluded shore.

Edit-Removed thottbot link because it was messed up

Get to West Dun Morogh Cheat (Wow)

Ill start off by saying this is sorta difficult, takes me a few tries because i have no real science to it, its just jumping and getting lucky, but you sorta get a feel for it after you do it 1 or two times.. Also I have only made the jumps with 50% (Wisp, I died because I feel off a cliff T_T) and 100% (my epic mount). Again I fail at life and have no fraps =(.

First off you wanna start out here. Its just north of the lake and has two trees by it, you can tell you can go up aways because of the snow; youll also notice the dirt marks, which ill show in Pic 2.

IPB Image

You can start from here, Ive had better luck here than starting further up and trying to jump down. The Goal here is to pretty much jump from where im standing, and keep hitting jump, across this area. The [X] is sorta an invisable wall that will stop, so you wanna try to aim over that a bit.

So, You jump, keep spamming jump and trying to run up mountain, and you should catch the edge of the hill around the [X]. After this youre pretty much home free, just climb the mountain and explore.

IPB Image

It can get pretty bright around this area for some reason, so bring sunglasses Its just a little area of nothing, can run around a bit; but if you go right and try to go down where I dont have the exit sign, you can fall to your death (how I found out wisp will get here there lol T_T )

IPB Image

Pretty much an empty barren land like most areas you shouldnt be. Cool non the less just to say youve been there.

IPB Image

And you can explore this entire area of the map. I know Ive been curious what was over here forever, until I got bored and started to explore.

IPB Image

It usally takes me a few tries to make it up there since its just me pretty much jumping across the ledge area, but works. If you are having trouble you can try to climb the mountain a little higher and the jump from where you cant run up anymore. Also from Pic 2, trying backing up just a bit further or move up a bit, you just have to get lucky where you land for the 2nd jump.

Quick Token For BG Instance (World of warcraft)

So early on Saturday and Sunday I was working hard for exhalted in AV and starting the long road to AB/WSG faction so I signed up for every battle ground then chose the one I wanted.

Of course I immediatley hopped into AV when it opened. Imagine my disappointment when the message "This battleground will close in 5 minutes came up". The 6 or 8 of us in AV quickly ran north to get the SH bunker, hoping more would join. Alas, the game ended and then I got the same reward I would have gotten if we would have lost: 125 faction for paying, 12 (maybe 6) per battleground and a token.

Now I’m on a loosing server so getting rewarded in AV so quickly was a JOY.

So my theory is that blizzard has a minimum of signups before it opens a battleground. Once the # of signups has been reached it offers each person the opportunity to join. The battle ground is committed to opening at this point. So if only 2 for WSG or 4 for AB or 10 for AV (example numbers) show up then Blizzard has to close the BG and gives everyone a thanks for playing.

I know you know this already. So why do you care? Because with a little planning you could get 150 av faction in 7 minutes. Do it 3 times and you got a set of tokens.

Here is a detailed plan of how to get quick AV faction:

1) You need to be on the less populated side of a server (most the times that is horde)
2) You need some accomplices to make this work. For WSG I think you need at least 5 people to start the game, for AB it is 7(?), for AV it might be 20.
3) You need all of you accomplices to join the queue early in the morning.
4) You need to hope the "other side" is lined up chomping at the bit to beat you down in your chose battleground
5) You need 1/2 of your accomplices not to join the BG or to drop out immediately.
6) You need to hang out in the BG for 5 minutes and hope it doesnt get busy.

And there you go!
